Leatherwork

I've always had a fascination with the art of leatherwork and taxidermy. As an animal lover, I see it as a way to honor and celebrate of the life of an animal, utilizing every part of its body. Growing up in rural New Jersey, I was always scouting for bones in the woods in order to study their skeletal makeup, and in the past year, I taught myself how to properly skin and tan hides. For most of my wearable art, I use European cowhides that are byproduct of the food industry, that have been factory tanned and processed to fashion-grade. All of the skins, bones, and furs I use are sourced ethically.

Collars

Designed for fashion rather than utility, collars are a fun accessory that allow me to experiment with unique trinkets and hardware.

Masks

Being a quadrobist, my goal was to create customizable gear that had optimal vision, stability, and breathability. Soon I aim to create both equine and feline designs!

Keychains

Before creating large products, I construct mini prototypes to iron out patterns without wasting material. I've found that they make pretty cute keychains!

Bags

My first introduction to industrial sewing techniques, these cute bags were a way to experiment with a variety of materials, until settling on leather as a personal favorite.
